The Young Bakers’ warm arrival in Shanghai – thanks to our partners & supporters!

学员抵沪暖意浓：感谢海上青焙坊的合作伙伴和支持者

As the students all come from disadvantaged backgrounds and, for most of them, have never stepped foot into such a big city, we try to make them feel as comfortable as possible upon their arrival in Shanghai.Thus, each year, with the support of our partners, we are able to prepare an ” arrival kit ” for each student, with the basic items essential to start their new life in Shanghai.

由于家庭背景艰苦，我们的学员大多未曾踏足过上海这样的大城市。为了让他们首次到来时能够更适应，我们每年都会在合作伙伴的帮助下为每个学员准备一份“新生物资礼包”，里面包含基础的生活必需品，这对初来乍到的学员来说不可或缺。

This year, we would like to warmly thank Grand Mercure Hongqiao from Accor Group for providing toiletries, Henkel for supporting them with shampoo and A Pleines Mains (APM) for kindly providing the students with blankets, school bags, bed sheets and towels. We would also like to thank the private donors for sending additional blankets to help the students go through this cold winter. Donations throughout the year are always very much welcome and you may refer to our page to have an idea of the students’ needs. Thank you everyone for your support!
