The Young Bakers volunteer at APM 青焙师在APM慈善机构从事志愿活动

In September and October and for the second year, the Young Bakers had the opportunity to give back to the community at one of the charities we strongly support: A Pleines Mains (APM). APM is a charity helping the needy, orphans and handicapped people in China through material and financial donations.

今年九月和十月，同时也是连续第二年，青焙师们能够通过帮助A Pleines Mains (APM) 来回馈社会。APM是海上青焙坊大力支持的慈善机构之一，它对需要帮助的人群实施物质及财务上的援助，比如孤儿以及生理上有缺陷的青少年。

As APM regularly receives second-hand goods or new items from private or corporate donors and is always looking for volunteers to help out, the Young Bakers used their spare time for a good cause: while the girls were sorting clothes, bags and Chinese books, the boys were replacing the warehouse’ s carpet and moving heavy boxes. As the winter is slowly approaching, the second group had the opportunity to sort out a new arrival of brand-new clothes, and pack them into boxes of which will be delivered to underprivileged children and primary schools in the rural areas of China.

APM定期会收到个人及公司捐助的二手及崭新的物资捐助，因此需要志愿者来帮忙。青焙师利用他们的业余时间帮助APM。女生们负责分类物品，比如衣物、包裹以及中文书籍；而男生们则更换仓库的地毯并负责搬运物品。当冬季逐渐来临的时候，青焙师们帮忙分类打包崭新的衣物，这些衣物将会被送往中国农村地区的小学，帮助有需要的青少年。

It was also a great way to thank APM for supporting the life of the Young Bakers through donations such as blankets, sheets, school bags and other useful items, and even more importantly, for sponsoring our social educator for one semester.

藉此良机，我们也想感谢APM一直以来对青焙师的帮助：APM向我们捐助过毛毯、被褥、书包以及其他物品。更重要的是，APM还曾经为海上青焙坊的生活老师提供了一个学期的工资资助。
