The Young Bakers Reunited for the Lantern Festival

After two weeks back home enjoying their families and childhood friends, SYB students were all back to Shanghai on February 16th. On that day, all the teachers and students celebrated the Lantern Festival by sharing a meal together. Although they definitely deserved some holidays, the young bakers were happy to be reunited.

The trip back to Shanghai was sometimes quite an adventure: because of the heavy snowfalls in Gansu and Shaanxi it took 48 hours for one of the students to reach Shanghai! After a promising first semester, we are looking forward to an exciting second one, SYB GO GO GO!

年轻烘焙师相聚庆元宵

经过了两周在家乡和家人团聚的时光，海上青焙坊的学员们都在2月16日回到了上海。那天，老师和学生们举办聚餐来欢度元宵佳节。尽管学员平常都努力学习烘焙，也值得更长的休假，但是他们都对能够回来和同窗们相聚感到非常高兴，兴奋之情溢于言表。大家回到上海的路途都并不平坦，甘肃和山西的大雪使一个学员花了48个小时才回到上海。

在上海的第一个学期让海上青焙坊的老师和学员们都充满了希望，也让我们更加期待这个即将到来的第二个学期。海上青焙坊，加油！加油！加油！
