Observing hygiene rules are prerequisite when working in F&B professional environment. In order to raise awareness among the students about hygiene and food safety, Randy Wang, from Silliker, accepted for the 4th year to come to our baking centre to provide them a two hours intensive training.
当在专业的餐饮业环境下工作时,遵守卫生规定是最基本的必要条件。为了提高学员们的卫生意识和食品安全,实力可公司的汪彬彬接受了第四年的邀请,那就是到海上青焙坊的烘焙中心给学员们提供两个小时的强化训练。
On Sunday September 11th, Randy Wang, with his colleague Yili, started the session by teaching the students about personal hygiene. The second part was focused on food safety such as the respect of the cold chain, temperatures, products traceability, licenses etc.
星期天,9月11日,汪彬彬与他的同事谷奕励开始了个人卫生课程的教学。课程的第二部分将重点放在了食品安全上,比如说,低温运输系统,温度,产品可追溯性和许可证等。
Silliker is specialized in auditing hotels and food companies. Randy Wang masters from processes to regulations or traceability. He gave really concrete examples of what is allowed and what is not. This interactive training showed students how hygiene, food safety and its regulations are important in a professional environment.
实力可公司是审议酒店和食品公司的专业机构,因此汪彬彬老师十分了解其相关规章和检测流程。在授课过程中,关于哪些行为是容许的,哪些行为是不容许的,他给予了非常详细的案列。这种互动式的训练让学员们明白了在专业条件下,卫生与食品安全的重要性。
Students have been really participative and curiousabout all those concerns. They will be able to be aware of good habits to follow and rules during their training as well as during their future career.
学员们真正的参与到了这次的学习中,并且他们对每一个疑惑都十分好奇。相信他们在训练课程和未来的工作里,能够养成好的习惯并且遵守卫生规定。
