我做为一个藏族女孩很幸运能加到“海上青坊”这个项目中，通过在这个项目中的学习，我不仅学习到一些技术，同时做人做事等方面有了更深刻认识，在这里的学习过程中还提高了我的汉语水平，我在这里从不懂到懂，从胆怯到敢于尝试，封闭的心是慢慢打开，接受新的人物和事物，增长了我见识，开阔了我的眼界。

As a Tibetan girl, I was very lucky to join SYB. Through this program, I have not only learned several skills but also had a deep understanding of how to be a good person, and the same time, I have also improved my Chinese. The experience at SYB is my tipping point. As something happened to me during my childhood, I have grown up an introvert person, did not like to talk, did not like to communicate with people, I was living in the shade. But coming here helped me opening up and live in the sunshine. It is the teachers and classmates here who helped me to come out of the shade, so I am very grateful to you all thank you.

In the past, I always believed that staying apart and being cold with people was the only way to protect myself. If I could choose an animal to represent me, it would be a hedgehog, which always uses its pricks to attack others in order to protect itself. Luckily, it is SYB who has led me to remove all my “pricks”, and helped me to be integrated into the society and to love the people around me.Now I can work hard with my passion and keep smiling.

I will learn to make a better life. Furthermore, I am sure that out fears will not appear due to the difficulties, but the difficulties will appear when we are scared.

我现在知道什么是法棍，知道怎么做出好吃漂亮的法棍；我现在可以自己安排自己的日常生活起居；我现在可以敢站在人群前面，虽然我还是会紧张地出汗，说话发抖，但我可以我会努力把我想说的说出来。我现在向家里打电话时不会再向爸妈抱怨我遇到了多少困难有多难过又哭了多久，我现在会只向他们说我的高兴事，说我想他们说我一点都不难过，我会好好珍惜现在的学习，然后毕业了第一时间回去看他们，即使我说这些时眼泪都掉下来我还是会用笑着的语气去讲，因为长大了，不是小孩了，不该让爸妈为我担心了。

Today I know what a baguette is, and how to make a tasty and good-looking baguette; today I can arrange my daily life well; I can also stand in front of people, even though I am nervous, sweating and faltering, I will be courageous to speak out what I want to say. I no longer complain to my parents about the difficulties I meet but tell them about the happiness I have. I am very grateful for this study opportunity, and will be back to visit my parents once I am graduate. I have grown up, and they don’t need to worry about me anymore.
