烤披萨，做游戏，海上青焙坊自己的团队建设
On Monday, April 6, SYB staff gathered at the baking center for team building baking exercises and bonding with this year’s cohort of students. Staff members, friends, and a new intern took advantage of the Qingmingjie holiday to bake pizza, participate in an Easter- themed chocolate hunt, and play games with SYB students.
4月6日，周一，海上青焙坊的团队成员齐聚烘焙中心，参加属于我们的团队建设活动，增进互相之间以及与学员们的关系。海上青焙坊团队成员与他们的朋友，包括一位新实习生利用清明节的假期一起制作披萨，参加复活节巧克力寻宝，和本届学员们一同玩游戏。
Upon arrival, staff members prepped and baked pizzas to share with SYB students for lunch. The SYB team used this as a team-building exercise, splitting prep duties like dishwashing and vegetable chopping, all in a multi-lingual environment—collectively, the SYB team speaks Chinese, English, French, and Burmese! This is just one example of the many customized corporate team-building exercises SYB offers.
早晨，大家到达烘焙中心之后就迫不及待的开始为SYB学员们制作披萨，准备午餐。很少有机会自己动手的海上青焙坊办公室团队成员把这次难得的机会当作一次团队建设，大家负责不同的岗位，例如洗碗碟，切蔬菜等等。在这个环境里，虽然SYB团队的成员非常多元，来自中国，美国，法国以及缅甸等各个国家，但是大家各司其职，共同合作，配合的非常融洽。而此次课程仅仅只是海上青焙坊所提供的团队建设活动中的一个例子而已。
Afterwards, SYB students and staff grouped in the hallway outside the baking center anxiously awaiting the Easter chocolate hunt challenge. Students unearthed little pieces of chocolate in our professional baking machinery and below stacks of food prep tools in a quest to find more chocolates than other teams. Regrouping after the chocolate challenge, the SYB team played games and sang songs to end the day.
在此之后，海上青焙坊的学员与工作人员一起在走廊里充满期待地等待复活节巧克力寻宝活动的开始。学员们翻遍了烘焙中心的操作台，烘焙机器，洗手池，原料间，工具间，努力比别的组找到更多藏在角角落落的巧克力。在寻宝结束后，SYB团队成员与学员们一起围成一个圈，一起玩游戏，唱歌，为这欢乐的一天画上一个圆满的句号。
While SYB works tirelessly to support its charity program by offering baking classes and team building workshops to the Shanghai community, it’s rare that they get the chance to participate in the programs themselves. The result is a renewed team bond and a rededication to the SYB program!
在SYB团队成员不知疲倦地为上海公众提供烘焙课程以及团建活动的同时，他们很少有机会自己去参与、体验这些项目。而在这次特殊的活动之后，SYB的成员们之间的关系更紧密了，对SYB 的爱也更多了一分！
