SYB teacher rewarded as “Young Talent” during the “Food Spirit Awards”!
In May 2014, the food, wine and lifestyle marketing agency Sopexa hold the “trophées de l’esprit alimentaire” competition for the first time ever in China. This contest aimed at rewarding Chinese professionals who, through their dedication and specific actions, have significantly contributed in disseminating French food spirits in the Chinese market. We decided to nominate the SYB teachers in the “young talents” category: Wang Li, Xiao Jinjin and Zhang Zhenghai are indeed all graduates of SYB and the French bakery and pastry school EFBPA, as well as enthusiasts of French bakery that they actively promote through their trainings, consulting and catering services. We were thrilled to learn that Wang Li, SYB bakery teacher, won the award as a “young talent”!
The award ceremony was hold in the gardens of the residence of the French Consul General in Shanghai, in presence of Stéphane Le Foll, French Minister of Agriculture, Agrifood and Forestry. A video was first shown where Zhang Zhenghai, SYB bakery teacher, paid tribute to Wang Li’s hard work and dedication to our charity program. Wang Li, very moved, started her speech by introducing SYB and then thanked the SYB team and in particular the two other teachers, Zhang Zhenghai and Xiao Jinjin, to whom she dedicated her award. She said “we have studied together, learnt together, grown together. Without them I wouldn’t be here today and I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Today the two future teachers of SYB are also here, and this is my greatest joy: to see that people that we have helped, our former students, are going to help others by becoming teachers.” She finished her speech by saying “Our program wouldn’t have been able to grow that much without our sponsors: merci Carrefour, merci Lesaffre, merci Accor, merci Sinodis, merci GMP!”
From former beneficiaries of a charity program to responsible, social-minded young talents, the growth and achievements of our 3 teachers is indeed a source of great joy and inspiration. We were very glad that their hard work was rewarded, and we thank them again for their commitment to our Shanghai Young Bakers!

海上青焙坊老师在法国美食精神大奖中被授予“青年才俊奖”
2014年5月,食品市场与食品宣传专业机构Sopexa 首次在中国境内举办了法国美食精神大奖。该比赛致力于嘉奖通过努力为法国美食文化和生活方式推广和传播做出突出贡献的中国人士。我们决定提名王莉、肖金金和张政海获得“青年才俊奖”:的确,这三位都是海上青焙坊和法国奥里亚克烘焙学校的毕业生,同时也是法式烘焙的忠实爱好者。他们通过培训服务、咨询服务和餐饮服务积极地推广法式烘焙这项艺术。之后,我们很高兴地被通知 :王莉被授予了“青年才俊奖”!
颁奖仪式在法国驻上海总领事官邸盛大开幕,法国农业、林业与食品部长Stéphane Le Foll也到场见证。在仪式上,海上青焙坊播放了一段视频,海上青焙坊老师张政海首先对王莉在SYB这个公益组织中努力的工作和投入的态度表示了很大的赞赏。王莉看到之后非常感动并上台发表了演说,她首先向大家介绍了海上青焙坊并感谢SYB的工作团队,尤其是另外两个老师——张政海和肖金金。她说:“我们曾一起学习、一起成长。没有他们我就不会成为今天的我,我发自内心地感谢他们的陪伴和帮助!今天海上青焙坊未来的两位老师也在这里,这让我非常高兴:因为我们曾经帮助的学生如今即将变成老师并帮助更多的人。”最后,她说:“如果没有我们的赞助商,SYB项目不会走到今天,感谢家乐福,感谢乐斯福,感谢雅高基金会,感谢西诺迪斯,感谢巴黎大磨坊!”
从原来项目的受益者到有社会责任感的青年才俊,这三位老师的成长和成就对我们而言都是巨大的快乐和激励,我们非常高兴看到他们的努力能被得到肯定,同时我们对他们在项目成长过程中的付出表示感谢!
