SYB students sell their bread at Yanping Lu market

On September 8th, SYB was at Yanping Lu market to sell the bread and pastries students had made this week. Although it was their second week of class only, they had produced a wide variety of delicious bakeries, from croissant and brioche to olive bread and ciabatta!

Taking part in such markets is a way for us to get more people to know about SYB, but it is also part of our long-term strategy to gain financial autonomy and be more sustainable.

SYB在延平路集市的面包义卖

在9月8日，SYB的学生和老师们在延平路集市义卖自己这周制作的面包和甜点。尽管这只是他们第二周课程，他们却已经能够烘焙很多品种的美味面包，其中包括羊角、布里奥面包、橄榄面包和夏巴塔！

参加这样的集市对于SYB来说能够让更多的人了解我们，另外这也是我们长期获得资金支持争取更加可持续发展的计划的一部分。
