3月27日，海上青焙坊来到安永会计师事务所，分享青焙坊的故事。安永已经连续数月订购我们的“面包篮”作为员工的下午茶：每周，我们为安永邮寄一个惊喜面包篮，内有学生们本周的烘焙作品。安永员工们非常喜爱青焙坊出品的甜点，希望了解甜点背后更多的故事。

前任项目经理Cecile介绍了青焙坊的缘起与发展，培训师张政海及两位毕业学员也讲述了自己的感想和经历。大家对我们的项目表现了非常浓厚的兴趣，不断询问对外烘焙课程有关事宜。分享后大家共同品尝青焙坊学员和老师制作的面包及甜点。

On March 27th, SYB arrived at Ernst & Young office to share our stories. E&Y has been supporting Shanghai Young Bakers for a few months now by subscribing to our bread basket services: every week, we send them a surprise basket containing what the students have baked during the week. E&Y employees had thus been enjoying SYB products as afternoon tea for months, but they wanted to know more about the charity program behind their weekly croissants!

Former program manager Cecile was then invited to give a presentation on SYB program, structure and developments to E&Y team. Bakery trainer Zhang Zhengha as well as two graduate students also shared their thoughts and experience with the public. The audience expressed a strong interest in our program and constantly asked about the public baking classes. After that, everyone was delighted to taste the bread and cakes that SYB had provided.
