Students participate in FHC bread competition
On November 14th, Wednesday, our students participated in the bread competition at the FHC, the International exhibition for food, drink, hospitality, food service and bakery. They presented their bread and decorated bread to the judges, in competition with famous Hotel chefs of Shanghai.

According to Wang Li, the SYB bakery teacher, “the students did not have enough time to prepare the FHC, and they began to learn bakery only two months ago. Considering that, the bread they presented at the competition was very good” , “and it was very interesting for the students to participate in the competition” added Xiao Jinjin, the SYB pastry teacher.
After the competition, they walked around the FHC. They visited the Grands Moulins de Paris booth to thank them for their sponsorship: Grands Moulins de Paris donates imported, high-quality flour from France to cover the training needs. “The students were very happy to see how famous was the flour that they use during the SYB training” said Zhang Zhenghai, SYB bakery teacher. Thanks again to GMP for their support!

Besides, they went to the Grana Padano booth, and tasted the Italian Parmesan. For the first time of their life, the students tried cheese.

学生参加FHC国际烹饪艺术比赛
在11月14号,星期三,我们的学生参加了FHC国际烹饪艺术比赛的烘焙比赛。学生们向评委装饰并展示了他们做的面包。在比赛中,他们还与来自上海知名酒店的大厨们共同比赛。
据烘焙老师王莉说:“学生们没有足够的时间来参加FHC,并且他们才学习烘焙两个月。考虑到这些因素,他们在比赛中展示的面包已经非常好了!”SYB的西点老师肖金金也说:“学生们觉得参加这次比赛非常有趣!”
在比赛之后,大家一起参观了FHC,他们参观了Grands Moulins de Paris的展台,向他们表达了我们的感谢之情:Grands Moulins de Paris为SYB免费提供了从法国进口高质量的面粉供学生们使用。SYB的烘焙老师张政海说:“学生们非常高兴的看到他们平时学习中使用的的面粉原来这么有名!”我们再次感谢GMP为我们提供面粉。
另外,他们也来到了Grana Padano的展台并品尝了意大利帕尔马干酪。这是学生们一生中第一次吃奶酪。
再次祝贺我们的学生,不仅为了他们出色的表现,也为了他们自加入SYB中取得的长足进步!
