回顾过去的这一年
2013年7月15日，SYB第五批学生们正式毕业了。毕业后的他们有兴奋，有犹豫，有忙碌的不知道下一步是什么，千姿百态，这时的我，只需要听就好了，因为那是他们的全新世界。
很多人问我，这一年，你获得了什么？我细细回想，这一批的学生，每个学生的过程就如电影版在脑海里回放，翻着照片，看着每一个同学的前后变化，我开始琢磨我获得了什么。每一个学生都是一面镜子，他们真实的与每个人相处，他们有过冲突，有过孤立，学会了坚持，学会了责任。每一次的情绪反应，都是那么突然，却又那么合理。慢慢的，他们学会了释放，接纳，宽容，积极，而见证了他们成长的蜕变，可能就是我的收获吧。
和同事开玩笑，我怎么这么倒霉，众多突发事件都在这一年出现。倒霉事开玩笑，但是突发事件是真的。在这些突发事件里，我感受到了SYB同事们齐心合力解决问题的团队精神，感觉到了ＳＹＢ同事们互相鼓励互相安慰的温暖。SYB一直贯彻着为每一位学生着想，为每一位学生付出，而且一直都努力这样做。
希望所有SYB的学生，以毕业的或将要成为的，都清楚的记得自己的梦想，一步一步的实习它，希望所有SYB的同事，往届的或现任的，都清楚的了解SYB的理念，一年一年的坚实的完成它。不管我们身在哪里，只要SYB需要，我们都会回来，这就是SYB――一个有爱有责任感的大家庭。

SYB social educator reflects upon the past year
On July 15th 2013, the 5th batch of SYB students officially graduated. After graduation, some of them are excited, some are hesitating, and some are puzzled with what their next step will be. Faced to all these state of minds, the only thing I need to do is listening because they have their own brand new world now.
A lot of people asked me what I have gained in the past year. I thought about it carefully and found that the growth of every student was just like a movie. When I looked at photos and observed the changes of each student, I started to ponder about what I have gained. I found that every student was like a mirror. They got along with people. They experienced conflict and isolation but they also learned what perseverance and what responsibility are. Each of their emotional response was so sudden, yet so rational. Gradually, they learned to release, forgive, to be tolerant and to be motivated. I guess that what I gained is to witness their transformation process.
When joking with my colleague, I asked her how come that I was so unfortunate that so many emergencies all happened during the year that I was a social educator. In fact, “unfortunate” was just a joke while “emergency” was actually the truth. When dealing with these emergencies, I felt the team spirit and rationality of my colleagues in solving these issues , I felt the warmth of our encouragements and mutual comfort. SYB always thinks about every single student, strives for every single student, and always works hard to do so.
Finally, I hope all the SYB students, graduates and potential candidates remember their dreams clearly and achieve them step by step. I hope all my current and past colleagues at SYB know our vision and mission clearly and achieve them year by year. No matter where we are, if SYB needs us, we will come back. That’s SYB, a loving and responsible family.
