A new training program for pastry lovers is now available! After our successful SYB professional bakery training program, we are proud to announce that a 4-day French Pastry Professional Training will take place in SYB training center on weekends in late June and early July. (June.25th &26th, July.2nd &3rd)
特别为甜点爱好者们设计的全新培训项目上线啦!在海上青焙坊成功举办专业法式烘焙培训后,我们现在宣布为期四天的专业法式甜品培训将会在2016年6月底7月初开班!(连续两周的周末:6月25日、26日和7月2日、3日)
During 4 intensive days of training, you will learn to make a selection of typical French cakes, desserts and pastries. The recipes are carefully chosen to learn essential skills in French pastry, each recipe enabling you to master different basic techniques.
在4天的高强度培训中,你将会学习一系列精选的传统法式蛋糕、甜品和西点的配方。这些配方都是精心选择,每个都对应不同的法式烘焙技能和甜品核心技术,将让你在课后举一反三,提升技能。
Classes will be taught by our talented and experienced pastry Chef Xiao Jinjin, who graduated from the French prestigious bakery&pastry institution EFBPA (Ecole Francaise de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac).
SYB’s French Pastry training compromises both theory and practical components. The content is based on the French pastry diploma, as developed by the prestigious French bakery institution EFBPA.
课程由经验丰富且富有才华的法式甜点师肖金金授课,她毕业于法国知名的烘焙学校奥利亚克烘焙学校EFBPA (Ecole Francaise de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac).
海上青焙坊的培训包括理论和实践两个部分,内容基于奥利亚克烘焙学校的课程设计,将会给你将来的进一步发展提供坚实的理论实践基础。
This systematic program is designed for pastry professionals who aim to diversify their skills and increase their professionalism, but also passionate amateurs who are interested in learning traditional French pastry.
这个系统性的项目为甜品专业人士设计,旨在帮助他们丰富技能,增加专业度;也可以使西点爱好者更了解传统的法式甜品。
课程内容
The main objectives are to enable participants to master the essential skills of traditional French pastry by :
Developing a systematic and comprehensive knowledge of French pastry
Practicing diverse techniques through various chosen pastry recipes
Acquiring practical and hands-on experience using professional equipment
Focusing on respect of recipe, professionalism and strict hygiene standards
We limit the class size to 8 people in order to ensure high quality training.
课程的主要目标是:

系统性综合性地学习法式甜品完整知识结构
通过精选的法式甜品配方练习掌握不同的甜品技能

Each participant will use his/her own set of professional equipment and have personalized attention of the trainer or assistant trainer during class.
On the last day, participants will receive a participation certificate.
我们把课程人数限制在8人来保证高质量的培训。每个学员将会在课程中独立使用专业设备,并且得到培训老师和助教个性化的指导。
在最后一天,学员将获得参与证书。

4-day intensive training will be divided into 2 sessions on week-ends:
Saturday June 25th & Sunday June 26th
Saturday July 2nd & Sunday July 3rd

时间: 早上9:30-下午5:30,包括午餐
最后一天课程会在下午6:30左右结束,含简单的毕业仪式授予课程参与证书
Course Price:
5750 RMB for 4 full days.
Registration before June. 1st will be entitled to a 10% early-bird discount and the course fee will be 5175 RMB.
Registration is completed upon payment of 1000 RMB (non-refundable deposit).
