In 2014, we were very proud to have 25% of our charity program expenses covered by our social enterprise. Although this is a huge success after only 3 years of activity, this means we still rely on our sponsors and financial partners to fund more than 75% of our budget and enable our 30 Young Bakers to learn and grow into independent, empowered adults with a bright future.
在过去的2014年中，我们很高兴地看到社会企业项目承担了慈善项目25%的支出。虽然对于我们仅仅开展了三年的活动而言，这已是不小的成就，但这同时赞助商依旧承担着海上青焙坊大部分的预算，也正是他们使30位海上青焙师未来能自力更生成为可能。
In this regard, we are extremely grateful to have built strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships together with prestigious and supportive companies such as Lesaffre and Accor. Knowing that we have long-term common interests helps us develop sustainable plans.
我们非常荣幸能与诸如乐斯福、雅高基金会等著名企业达成战略互利的合作关系。了解到我们有长期的共同利益有助于我们对未来进行可持续的规划。
However, we also need new partners in order to continue our charity program and be able to promise, year after year, to do our best in providing opportunities for marginalised youth. As we wonder whether we will be able to financially sustain the program next year, we have launched a campaign, led by Louisa Marechal, to reach out to individuals and companies who may be willing to lend a hand.
不过，我们依旧需要新的伙伴以继续我们的慈善项目，保证每年尽我们最大的努力为中国贫困青年提供改变人生的机会。每年我们都对第二年项目是否能继续进行怀着不确定，因此我们也不断为此作出努力。我们已开展了一系列由企业社会责任负责人，马露领导的活动，主动向外界寻求帮助。
We were touched, in this process, by the number of people who expressed their concern and willingness to help. Individuals such as Soline Bich, Michelle Garnaut, Francis Nizet, Angélique Barrère, Elodie Abbé, shared valuable contacts and information to support us in our search.
在这个过程中，我们不断被关心 SYB、愿意帮助SYB的人们感动着。Soline Bich, Michelle Garnaut, Francis Nizet, Angélique Barrère, Elodie Abbé等等热心的个人与我们分享的信息帮着我们在寻求经济支持的路上不断前进。
Others found a way to organise fundraising activities. After benefiting from the immense help and popular support provided byChi Fan for Charity last November, we had fun engaging in the Yoga Challenge crowdfunding platform offered by Kliptap, and are very happy to have been chosen as the beneficiary of a Spinathonon May 23rd.
还有一些组织通过组织募捐活动支持我们。继去年11月十分成功的克莱恩夫妇慈善晚宴（Chifan for Charity）系列活动后，我们又与Kliptap进行了愉快的合作，感谢他们为SYB创立的 “法棍－瑜伽挑战” 众筹平台。我们也很荣幸被选为5月23日慈善自行车健身活动的受益组织。
Some friends and professionals touched us by making individual donations, based on what they could personally afford, to our training program. Some, such as Kate Yeo fromHenkel or Echo Xia from Edelman, made a personal appeal to their company headquarters so that SYB could receive a grant from their CSR program.
有的朋友和专业人士通过个人捐款的形式资助SYB的培训项目。而还有的，比如来自汉高的Kate Yeo与来自爱德曼的Echo Xia则向她们的公司总部呼吁让企业社会责任项目为SYB提供资金。
On the corporate side, many were thrilled to hear about ourcommercial services and see it as a first way of exploring a more long-term cooperation. Melinda Gao regularly shares to her peers the delight that the KPMG staff get from the pastries and breads ordered from SYB. We are pleased to be working with Auchan on a cupcake decoration workshop for their family day, which will allow us to share about our ambitions with their employees. In June we will organise a bakery teambuilding activity with Seppic, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, as part of their Asian management conference. Other companies look forward to engaging their employees to interact with our Young Bakers, through a corporate volunteering activity such as the one we organised for Ingersoll Rand.
许多公司为我们社会企业项目中开设的商业服务感到兴奋，并将其视作开拓更加长期合作的第一步。Melinda Gao常常与她所在的毕马威的员工分享从SYB订购西点和面包的喜悦。我们也很高兴能与欧尚进行合作，在他们的“家庭日”主题活动中组织了一次纸杯蛋糕装饰互动活动（workshop），让他们的员工了解SYB的机会。六月，我们即将为法航的子公司，Seppic组织一次团队建设，此次团建将作为Seppic亚洲管理峰会的一部分。初除此，还有许多公司想通过SYB组织一起企业志愿活动，组织其公司员工进行志愿服务。英格索兰与SYB合作的企业志愿互动就是一个很好的案例。
This space is too short for us to thank all the many, many supporters out there who gave us hope and encouragement that we would find the funds to run the program. We also count on you, so that together, we may continue to change lives through bakery!
