December has been a very busy, exciting and happy month, as this time of the year is all about celebrating and sharing with our loved ones.
这是一个忙碌、欢乐且令人激动的十二月，在往年的这个时刻，我们总是和那些我们深爱的人一起欢聚庆祝。
At SYB, the Young Bakers were busy practicing their baking skills, but also sharing their passion and giving back to the community during their free time. They had the chance to welcome students from EBP, a French Bakery School based in Paris, for a memorable experience of two-days baking together. They also had the opportunity to become volunteers themselves, for the children of Youdao Foundation, by organizing a Christmas party at their Baoshan center together with A Pleines Mains.
在海上青焙坊，学员们正忙碌地准备着各种烘焙技能，与此同时，利用空暇时光将他们的热情回报给这个社会。他们与坐落于法国巴黎的烘焙学校Ecole de Boulangerie de Paris (EBP)的学生们度过了难忘的两天。学员们也有幸成为志愿者，在忧道宝山中心和献爱心的志愿者们一起为自忧道基金会的孩子们举办了圣诞派对。
Meanwhile, one of SYB bakery teachers headed to Beijing to live another unforgettable exchange, with Crazy Bake, an organization helping mentally challenged individuals. As part of the development of our social enterprise, SYB attended several Christmas markets and workshops and we would like to thank everyone for welcoming us to promote the organization and help us fundraise. A special thanks to one of our long-term supporters Mane, for ordering 250 apple danish from SYB, using the “charity apples of Madaifu”, and shared among their employees as a meaningful way to celebrate the end of the year.
作为社会企业发展的一部分，SYB参加了几个圣诞集市并开展DIY活动。我们真心感谢为我们推广项目和募集资金敞开大门的每一位朋友！特别感谢我们长期支持者之一的曼氏上海香精香料，为了和他们的员工一起庆祝年末，从SYB订购了250个苹果酥，而原料则来自于马大夫基金会公益苹果。
As an amazing Christmas gift, Kolb has generously sponsored SYB’s baking center with a new 4-deck oven, which will be used for the training of the Young Bakers.
作为一份特别的圣诞礼物，高比慷慨地赞助了一个4层的烤箱给海上青焙坊烘焙中心，用于学员们的烘焙技能训练。
