Silliker conducts hygiene training for the Young Bakers

For the third consecutive year, Silliker showed its support to our charity program by conducting hygiene and food safety training for the Young Bakers.
实力可公司已经连续三年为海上青焙坊进行卫生知识和食品安全培训,用他们的方式为慈善项目提供支持。
Indeed on September 12th we were very lucky to welcome trainer Randy Wang to the SYB baking center, for a 2-hour intensive training. As Silliker is specialized in auditing hotels and food companies, Randy has mastered the processes and regulations that must be respected.
9月12日,我们有幸在烘焙中心接受了培训师汪彬彬为我们带来的两小时高效集训。实力可公司是审议酒店和食品公司的专业机构,因此汪老师对于相关规章和检测流程非常了解。
Hygiene is the first step to become a professional baker and Randy started the session by teaching the students about personal hygiene. The second part was about food safety: respect of the cold chain, temperatures, shelf-life, sticker, licenses, etc.
成为专业的面包师,首先要确保卫生。汪彬彬从教给学员们个人卫生开始进入主题,然后开始介绍冷冻链、温度、保质期、商品标签、营业执照等食品安全方面的知识。
In the end, the students were very curious about food additives as it is a growing concern among the Chinese consumers, so Randy explained what harm they can do and illustrated with some cases he had come across during his auditing missions. Even though at SYB we do not use food additives, the students might come across them during their future career and we believe it is great to raise their awareness!
最后,学员们就当前中国消费者日益担忧的食品添加剂问题向培训师请教,老师阐述了添加剂的危害,并举出他过去审查时遇到的一些案例。虽然海上青焙坊不会使用食品添加剂,但学员们日后的职业生涯中很可能遇到这一问题,因此提高警觉性是很必要的!
