Our professional French Bakery Training is catered to aspiring bakers, bakers who would like to improve their skills and people who dream to operate their own bakery/studio.
海上青焙坊的专业法式烘焙课程旨在针对渴望更上一层台阶,提升自身水平,或者自创门面的烘焙师,提供专业培训。
This training will enable participants to master theoretical and practical techniques of French bakery. This course will focus on training participants to bake authentic French bread and viennoiserie using professional bakery machines. Through this training, candidates will have the opportunity to learn different kinds of French bread and Viennoiseries such as : Baguette, Country Bread, Whole bread, Leavened bread, Croissant, Chocolate croissant and Raisin Danish.
此培训课程能够使参与者掌握法式烘焙的理论以及操作技术。课程将侧重于训练培训参加者运用专业烘焙机器烘焙法式面包以及 甜面包。在培训的过程中,参加者能接触到多种法式面包以及甜面包,如:法棍,乡村面包,酸面包,土司类面包,羊角,巧克力羊角以及丹麦葡萄卷。
Classes will be taught by our experienced teachers who graduated from the French prestigious bakery institution EFBPA (Ecole Francaise de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac).
课程将由毕业自法国著名烘焙学校(法国奥利亚克烘焙学校)并具有多年教学经验的专业老师教授。
The intensive 4 days training will take place in April 2015, over 2 sessions : 16th & 17th April, and 23rd & 24th April.
四天的集训课程将于2015年4月开展,共分为两个部份:4月16日至17日,4月23日至24日。
Course fee for this 4 full days course is 4800 RMB. Registration before March 20th, will be entitled to a 10% early-bird discount and the course fee will be 4320 RMB.
四整天的课程总费用为4800元。如在3月20日之前报名,则可享受10%的优惠(即课程总费用为4320元)。
