Join Shanghai Young Bakers on May 23rd and learn how to bake two classic French pastry recipes, the macaron and the madeleine. In this class you will master French bakery techniques under the guidance of our expert teachers while meeting new friends in the SYB community.
Most importantly, by participating in our public baking classes, you will be helping SYB continue to provide free French bakery training to disadvantaged youth. All proceeds from public baking classes and other commercial activities are used to support the SYB charity program.

Location: Shanghai Young Bakers Baking Center, Shanghai, Putuo District, Suide Road
Price: 500 yuan/ person + 100 yuan/ person for an optional lunch (If over 10 people register, lunch is on us!)
