Under the guidance of SYB’s teacher Zhang Zhenghai, who recently placed first in the baguette and special breads category of the Louis Lesaffre Cup Bakery Competition, learn the secrets to making delicious bread. From ingredient choices to dough mixing methods, you’ll get a taste of advanced bakery training while learning about SYB’s charity program.
本次课程将由最近刚刚荣获“路易乐斯福杯”中国赛区法棍组第一名的张政海老师教授。冠军老师将告诉你如何做出美味地道的“冠军法棍”。从原料的挑选到揉面团的方法,我们能保证你在学习的每一步都能体验最专业的教学与辅导。你也将对我们,公益组织海上青焙坊,产生更加深入的了解。
Shanghai Young Bakers provides one year of French bakery training free of charge for disadvantaged Chinese youth (ages 17-23) with the purpose of empowering them to find stable jobs and lead independent lives after graduation. All profits from SYB’s public baking classes and other social enterprise activities support our mission to provide opportunities for these youth! Join us today to bake for a better future!
公益组织海上青焙坊(Shanghai Young Bakers)致力于为来自困难家庭的17至23岁青少年提供为期一年的免费法式烘焙培训,使其在毕业后能够找到稳定的工作、自力更生。对外课程和SYB其他社会企业活动的收入都将用于资助海上青焙坊的慈善项目,都用于帮助SYB的慈善项目,为来自困难家庭背景的青少年无偿提供法式烘焙培训。若你对学习法式配方感兴趣,欢迎联系我们报名!
