Prepare for the future: CV making and Interview Training for the Young Bakers
为未来做准备：简历制作与面试培训
On June 12th and 18th , Ms Lydia Zhu, HR Director at Langham Xintiandi, gave a training about CV making and interview. This class is extremely important to SYB students since most of them had never written a CV before, nor do they know what is the right attitude to have during an interview. Ms Lydia kindly taught them about the layout and content of a CV, etiquette and the things they should pay attention to during an interview. At the end, she took one student for example to show how to write a CV. Lydia combined theory and practical case during the class which was very helpful to the students.
6月12日和18日来自朗廷新天地酒店的HR总监Lydia给SYB的同学们上了简历撰写和面试课。这对SYB的同学来讲非常重要，因为很多同学从来没有写过简历也不知道在面试中该怎么表现。Lydia讲述了写简历的格式，内容，面试时的礼仪和及面试中的应该注意的问题。最后还以一位同学为例，给大家讲述了具体怎么写简历。Lydia老师讲课理论联系实际案例，同学们非常受益。
SYB students found this class very useful as it reminded them which the matters that need attention and taught them to write CV as well as preparing for interview, which came right in time before the Career Fair on July 20th!
