Today we took the students to see the Bund together. Everybody was very excited (most of them had never seen anything like it), taking a lot of pictures with their mobile phones.

We also took this opportunity to show them two hotels on the Bund – the Peninsula and the Waldorf Astoria – where some of them will work as bakery interns from October onwards. They were VERY impressed and hoped to be picked to go work there!
