Lesaffre provides a yeast training to the Young Bakers

On November 10th, at SYB baking center, the Young Bakers had a yeast training provided by Lesaffre, our long-term partner and also the world leader in the yeast industry.

The interesting training class helped our young bakers had a better understanding of yeast.
