Join SYB next pastry class and learn how to bake macaroon and breadstick!
In order to fundraise for the program, Shanghai Young Bakers offers half-day public baking classes, taught by SYB teachers.
On August 23rd, you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the secrets of macaroon and breadstick! During 5 hours, you will learn what makes macaroon so unique, and how to prepare breadstick with flour and yeast.
This pastry and bakery class will be:
-Fun: Join other food lovers and learn how to bake from scratch!
-Professional: Classes are taught in our baking center by SYB teachers. They will share professional tips with you and make sure that you can replicate the recipe at home!
-Meaningful: This class is a great opportunity to get to know more about SYB and to directly see the outcome of your donation. All proceeds will go to our charity training and help us empower more underprivileged youth through French bakery!
When: Saturday August 23rd, from 10am to 3pm
What: Macaroon and breadstick
Where: Suide Road, Putuo district
How much: 500RMB/person for the class + 100RMB for the homemade lunch option (delicious quiches, salad, desert, fruits and beverages). If we have more than 10 participants for the class, every participant gets lunch for free!

报名参加海上青焙坊对外甜点课程来学习制作马卡龙和啤酒棒吧！
为了资助我们的公益项目，海上青焙坊提供时长为半天的对外烘焙课程，并由我们的老师教授。
在8月23日，你将会有机会学习马卡龙和啤酒棒！在五个小时的学习过程中，你将会学到让马卡龙如此受人欢迎的配方，以及如何用酵母和面粉来制作美味的啤酒棒！
这堂对外甜点烘焙课程将会：
－充满乐趣: 您可以与更多的美食爱好者一起学习法式烘焙
－专业: 负责授课的将是青焙坊教师，他们都毕业于法国EFBPA烘焙学院。他们也会与您分享各种专业技巧，并保证您可以在家中复制所学到的配方！
－意义: 课程是一个很好的机会让大家更深一步了解我们慈善项目。所有盈利也都会注入我们项目的运营资金，帮助更多贫困青少年，通过学习法式烘焙自食其力 。
时间：8月23日，周六，上午10点至下午3点
内容：马卡龙和啤酒棒
地点：普陀区绥德路
课程费用: 每人500元， 午餐费另外100元。如果当日参加人数超过10人，每一位参与者都可以免费享用我们老师们准备的午餐（法式培根馅饼Quiches， 沙拉，餐后甜点，水果和果汁、茶或咖啡）
