As Christmas is coming, how warm and meaningful will it be to share a handmade Yule log with your family and friends on a cold winter night, while supporting a charity !
On December 6th, you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the secrets of the most famous icon of Christmas French pastry: Yule log (bûche de Noël)!
During 5 hours, you will learn what makes the ‘bark’ and ‘rings’ of the Yule log so vivid, and how to prepare adorable mini Santa Claus, Christmas trees and mushroom decorations.
This Christmas pastry class will be:
-Fun: Join other food lovers and learn how to bake from scratch!
-Professional: Classes are taught in our baking center by SYB teachers. They will share professional tips with you and make sure that you can replicate the recipe at home!
-Meaningful: This class is a great opportunity to get to know more about SYB and to directly see the outcome of your donation.
All proceeds will go to our charity training and help us empower more underprivileged youth through French bakery!
When: Saturday December 6th, from 10am to 3pm
What: Yule log (bûche de Noël)
Where: Suide Road, Putuo district
Donation: 500RMB/person for the class + 100RMB for the homemade lunch option (delicious quiches, salad, desert, fruits and beverages). If we have more than 10 participants for the class, every participant gets lunch for free! 圣诞节马上就要到了，在寒冷的冬夜，和亲朋好友们一起分享亲手制作的圣诞树桩蛋糕，又可以资助我们的慈善项目，是多么温暖而有意义啊！
在12月6日，您将有机会学习久负盛名的法国传统圣诞甜点：圣诞树桩蛋糕！
在五个小时的学习过程中，您将会了解树桩蛋糕的“树皮”、“年轮”等“以假乱真”的奥秘，以及如何用糖霜制作可爱的迷你圣诞老人、圣诞树、蘑菇等装饰。
这堂圣诞季节特别烘焙课程将会：
－充满乐趣: 您可以与更多的美食爱好者一起学习法式烘焙
－专业: 负责授课的将是青焙坊教师，他们都毕业于法国EFBPA烘焙学院。他们也会与您分享各种专业技巧，并保证您可以在家中复制所学到的配方！
－意义: 课程是一个很好的机会让大家更深一步了解我们慈善项目。所有盈利也都会注入我们项目的运营资金，帮助更多贫困青少年，通过学习法式烘焙自食其力 。
时间：12月6日，周六，上午10点至下午3点
内容：圣诞树桩蛋糕
地点：普陀区绥德路
捐款: 每人500元， 午餐费另外100元。如果当日参加人数超过10人，每一位参与者都可以免费享用我们老师们准备的午餐（法式培根馅饼Quiches， 沙拉，餐后甜点，水果和果汁、茶或咖啡）
