Ever wondered how Shanghai Young Bakers manages to provide all its students with free training in French bakery and pastry? SYB’s charity programme is completely free for marginalised Chinese youths for a year, and includes their full training programme, teachers, accommodation and even monthly allowances before they start their internships!
想知道海上青焙坊是如何帮助学生完成免费的法式面包及甜点培训的吗？海上青焙坊的公益项目是为中国的贫困或处于社会边缘的家庭中的青少年提供一年免费的法式烘焙教育，另外还包括针对他们的一整套培养计划、教师和住宿的安排，甚至每月的津贴，这些在他们开始实习之前都会提供给他们！
Besides having the generosity of many partners and sponsors, Shanghai Young Bakers has its own recipe for social change! That is through providing services to the public as well as companies, to fundraise for the charity programme and support its students.
得益于一些慷慨的合作伙伴和赞助商的支持，海上青焙坊应社会变革开发了新的产品。即通过一些商业的活动来为公众提供服务，并将收入所得完全投入到我们的公益项目中，让其得以正常运作。
