ESSEC MOOC: 戴亚德先生谈及乐斯福与海上青焙坊之间坚定的伙伴关系

Lesaffre is the world’s leader in manufacturing superior yeast products and ingredients to the baking industry. 

In this video, Mr. Jean de Lataillade, President of Lesaffre Greater China introduced “Shanghai Young Bakers”,  a charity program who provides marginalized Chinese youths with one year high quality training in bakery and pastry. Lesaffre supports SYB technically and financially by sponsoring the salaries of the SYB bakery trainers，and provides SYB with its premium quality yeast.
