Discovery tour of Shanghai bakeries for the Young Bakers!
探索上海烘焙之旅
On Saturday morning, September 24th, the Young Bakers gathered for a tour of bakeries around Jing’An and Anfu Road.
周六上午，9月24日，海上青焙坊的学员们为了这次主要集中在静安路与安福路上的烘焙之旅聚集在了一起。
Led by Emilie, our Program Advisor and Zhang Shuai, our bakery teacher the students visited more than 10 bakeries. Students were amazed to discover so many places selling some of the products they have learnt to bake in class recently. They realized that bakeries are of different styles, from traditional French bakeries to Asian Style, the students were really impressed by the wide range of products and measured the importance of the bakery market in a big city like Shanghai.
在项目顾问艾米丽以及烘焙老师张帅的带领下，海上青焙坊的老师与学员们访问了10余多家的面包店。学员们吃惊的发现，许多在面包店里贩卖的的产品都是他们近期在课堂中学到过的。同样地，他们也见识到了各式各样风格的面包，从传统法式烘焙风格到亚洲烘焙风格；学生们对这些种类繁多的产品留下了深刻的印象，并且也意识到烘焙市场对大城市的重要性。
One month ago they could not imagine what being a qualified baker could involve and this tour demonstrated them that they would be able to find employment upon graduation. During visit, students were really excited but also really concentrated by taking notes of products names and prices. Thanks to the great support of Léon Xu, owner of Sunflour bakeries, the students have been really welcomed on Anfu Road Sunflour shop. Also, the recently opened bakery Lost Bakery invited them to visit their kitchen and chefs shared with them their passion for bakery and pastry. The students have also been really welcomed
一个月前，学员们甚至不敢现象他们将成为一个合格的烘焙师，并且这次的烘焙之旅向他们展示了他们毕业之后就业的可能性。在参观中，学生们十分激动，但是他们也十分认真的做笔记和拍照。在这要十分感谢上海粮品餐饮管理有限公司的总经理，徐苏义先生，学生们在安福路的阳光粮品面包店受到了热烈的欢迎。同样地，学员们也受邀参观了最近刚刚开业的Lost Bakery的烘焙间，不仅如此他们的烘焙师们还和学员们分享了他们对烘焙和西点的热情。
The Young Bakers understood that there are different bakeries styles and a lot of possibilities will come to them at the end of the Shanghai Young Bakers’training!
青焙坊的学员们了解了现在烘焙市场上有着有许多不同风格的糕点，以及他们在培训课程的末端将面临着许多的可能性。
