July 26th-28th: SYB helps BWB equip its baking school
On 26th and 28th of July, SYB students and trainers went to purchase some baking equipment and ingredients for BWB baking school for the blind. Set in Shigatse, the baking school was not fully operational due to a lack of equipment and a need for professional guidance.
SYB helped them choose new equipment such as an oven, refrigerator, fermentation room and blender. The SYB trainers went to local markets tobuy the ingredients and customized a flour shelf.
On July 29th, SYB students and trainers rearranged the layoutof the baking school so that to make it more professional and convenient. Now fully equipped, the baking school for the blind can further develop its activities and train even more blind children!
帮助BWB筹备面包房
7月26日和28日SYB的老师和学生在拉萨和日喀则帮助西藏盲文无国界组织（BWB）采买面包房的必备用品。因为缺乏专业的指导，位于日喀则的盲人职业技能培训学校的面包房迟迟不能正常运作，在SYB老师的指导下，他们购置了一批烘焙用具，包括烤箱、冰箱、发酵箱、搅拌机等。
根据西藏当地的市场情况，SYB的老师帮助BWB采购了一批原料，还定做了一个放面粉的架子。7月29日，SYB的学员和老师重新安排了面包房的格局，使之更加专业和方便使用。有了专业的设备支持，日喀则的盲人面包房终于可以开始了！
