On Oct 17th, Shanghai Young Bakers will hold a public baking class on Banana Cake and Brioche. Under the guidance of our professionally trained pastry specialist, participants will not only bake tasty sweet breads to take home, but also explore the art of French baking.
海上青焙坊将于10月17日开展对外课程，专业面包师的将教参与者制作迷你香蕉蛋糕和传统法式点心布里奥。参与者们不仅仅能带回家美味可口的甜点，更能探索法式烘焙的精髓！
All public class proceeds go to supporting Shanghai Young Bakers’ charity program, which teaches professional French bakery skills to disadvantaged Chinese youth. If you’re interested in baking, having fun with friends, and supporting our charity, join us on Oct 17th!

Price: 500 yuan/ person + 100 yuan/ person for an optional lunch
(If over 10 people register, lunch is on us!)
