上海新国际博览中心于5月20日至22日又迎来了一场盛事——中国焙烤展。每年的中国焙烤展都会迎来几百家烘焙行业的公司参展，也吸引了无数的游客前来参观。
感谢Ubifrance为我们愿与我们分享展位，海上青焙坊也得以参展。在我们的展位旁边，便是我们的友情赞助伙伴乐斯福。我们的第二届培训师，托马斯就是乐斯福的烘焙师，平日抽出部分时间为青焙坊的学员们上课。他会说汉语，讲课生动有趣，若非他的帮助，青焙坊也无法发展至如今的地步。焙烤展的第一天，他就来到我们的摊位上，与现任项目经理林兰相谈甚欢。
尽管中国焙烤展主要是为各位商家提供交流合作的机会，但依旧有许多朋友对我们的项目表示关注。十分惊喜的是，居然有长期关注者专门来至我们的展位参观，希望能为我们提供帮助。
下午时分，青焙坊的学生和老师也来到展会现场，参观了赞助商巴黎大磨坊和乐斯福的展位。学生们穿着青焙坊的橙色T恤，一现身便引起了许多人的注意。他们赞叹于博览中心的宽阔宏大，感慨于中国烘焙市场前景之广大。的确是这样的，许多面包房店主都曾来到我们的摊位，咨询毕业生雇佣事宜呢！
From May 20th to May 22rd, a big event for bakery took place in Shanghai New International Expo Center. It was the annual expo of Bakery China, where hundreds of companies and individuals working in the bakery industry were present.
Shanghai Young Bakers was also able to attend the event thanks to the generous support of Ubifrance that shared a booth with us. Beside us was the magnificent booth of our in-kind sponsor Lesaffre. Thomas, a baker for Lesaffre, used to be a trainer at SYB as well! Without his kind help, SYB would not start. He came to our booth the first day and talked with present program manager Floriane happily.
Although Bakery China is mostly a place for business networking and development, there were still quite a lot of people interested in our program. Many of them expressed the willingness to cooperate. To our surprise, some people specially came to our booth to tell us that they’ve followed our news for some time and hope to do something for us.
In the afternoon, SYB students and teachers also arrived and paid a visit to our in-kind sponsors Grands Moulins de Paris and Lesaffre. Wearing the orange SYB T-shirts, the students’ appearance drew much attention. They were excited to find the tremendous halls for bakery expo and were even happier to realize that the bakery market is so big now in China. Indeed, lots of bakery owners came to our booth with the hope to employ our graduates!
