The Young Bakers’ training at Sinodis Chefs Studio:
two sessions to learn more about Elle&Vire and Corman products

In June and July, as the training at SYB was about close to the end and the final examinations just around the corner, our in-kind sponsor, Sinodis, has shared its expertise in bakery ingredients with the Young Bakers. More tools to better start their career!
在六月和七月,学员们在海上青培坊的培训即将接近尾声,期末考试也即将到来。在此之际,我们的实物赞助商西诺迪斯与学员们分享了在面包配料方面的独到见解。授人以鱼,为学员们的面包师生涯锦上添花!
During two half-day sessions, Chef Jonathan Léger, conducted trainings on how to use the Elle&Vire and Corman dairy products. The students already know these products well as they have the chance to be able to use them every day at the SYB baking center!
在这两天半的课程中,主厨Jonathan Léger安排了关于怎样使用 黄油和法国爱乐薇奶制品的培训。因为每天都有机会在海上青培坊烘培中心使用这些产品进行烘焙,学员们很快就掌握了这些产品的使用技巧。
Through different recipes developed by Chef Jonathan himself, the students got to practice their skills using the Corman butter sheets, popular product among professional bakers around the world, as well as the Elle&Vire cream and cheese. Each session, the students divided into 4 teams, and were assigned different tasks, such as making the dough, preparing the decoration, assembling the layers of the mousse and so on. The students quickly got familiar with the environment and followed the Chef’s directions, assisted by his team.
参考主厨Jonathan亲自配置的各种各样的食谱,学员们得以使用全球专业烘培师都喜爱的Corman黄油片以及法国爱乐薇的奶油和芝士进行练习。每一节课,学员们都分成了四个队伍,每个队伍都拿到了不同的任务,比如制作面团,对面包进行装饰、制作慕斯层等等。在主厨团队的帮助下,学员们很快融入了环境,跟随主厨的指示进行练习。
In the end, the students were amazed with the results: the traditional lemon tart and the white chocolate raspberry mousse were a true success! Not only were they delicious but also impressive by their beautiful aspect! Chef Jonathan then reminded the students how important the decoration and the layout of the pastries are in order to impress guests or customers. But the step number one is a good choice of quality ingredients!
在最后,学员们都为成功制作出的传统柠檬蛋挞和白色巧克力覆盆子慕斯而欢呼雀跃!这些甜品不仅非常美味,而且外观精美!这时,主厨Jonathan提醒了学员们装饰的重要性以及甜点布局的目的是为了让客人或者顾客们印象深刻。不过,最重要的当然是有好的原料!
During the baking time, the students also got the opportunity to learn theorical knowledge about the two brands (Elle&Vire and Corman), their products and where they come from.
在烘培的过程中,学员们也有机会了解关于法国爱乐薇和Corman的背景知识,了解了他们的产品以及产品来源。
