SYB’s Power Puff Tutorial: Eclairs, Cream Puffs, Paris-Brest & Religieuse
超级泡芙培训：一种面团，多种花样 （手指泡芙、奶油泡芙、布雷斯特泡芙& 修女泡芙）
On June 27th, Shanghai Young Bakers will hold a special “power puff” tutorial at our baking center. Participants are invited to discover how versatile the dough that composes different kinds of puffs really is. It’s used to make a wide variety of typical French pastries, such as eclairs, cream puffs, paris-brest and religieuse. Guided by our expert pastry instructor, participants will experiment with flavors and design.
6月27日，海上青焙坊将再烘焙中心举推出“超级泡芙”培训课程。在此次课程中，你将了解到相同的面团可以做出许许多多各色的泡芙。这种特别的面团在法式西点中有十分广泛的用途，由他制成的泡芙包括出手指泡芙、奶油泡芙、布雷斯特泡芙、修女泡芙等。在我们的专业西点培训师的指导下，你能体验制作各种不同口味和外形的泡芙。
Most importantly, all proceeds from this public class and SYB’s other social enterprise activities support our charity program, which lifts Chinese youth out of poverty by providing a free year-long French bakery program. Be an instrumental part of SYB’s social change while enjoying a fun day of baking!
更重要的是，公益组织海上青焙坊（Shanghai Young Bakers）致力于为来自困难家庭的17至23岁青少年提供为期一年的免费法式烘焙培训，使其在毕业后能够找到稳定的工作、自力更生。对外课程和SYB其他社会企业活动的收入都将用于资助海上青焙坊的慈善项目，都用于帮助SYB的慈善项目，为来自困难家庭背景的青少年无偿提供法式烘焙培训。若你对学习法式配方感兴趣，欢迎联系我们报名！

Price: 500 yuan/ person + 100 yuan/ person for an optional lunch (If over 10 people register, lunch is on us!)
