After a great summer studying French at the CAVILAM school in Vichy, Zhang Shuai and Jin Huizi have now started their bakery and pastry classes thanks to the support of EFBPA. They will stay there for at least 7 months to study the beautiful job of bakery and pastry teacher. Here are their first impressions…

在法国奥利亚克烘焙学校的帮助下，张帅和金会子在结束了暑期在维希卡维兰学校的法语学习后，开始了他们的烘焙课程。他们将师从面包师和糕点师进行为期7个月的学习。 以下是他们的第一印象

张帅“做烘焙师是个美差，我一定努力学习争取通过考核!”

Le temps passe vite, je suis à Aurillac depuis deux semaines. En France, les gens disent qu’il fait très froid à Aurillac, mais je ne suis pas d’accord, il fait froid un peu le matin mais autrement il fait beau. A Aurillac le ciel est tout le temps bleu, l’air est frais, les gens sont très sympas ! Mais ici il n’y a pas beaucoup de magasins parce que Aurillac se trouve en montagne, donc les rues montent et descendent à vélo c’est fatiguant. Dans l’école(EFBPA) il y a 64 étudiants ils sont sympas ! J’ai déjà commencé les cours de : mathématiques – physique – français -PSE – EEJ – communication – mercatique et pratique en boulangerie. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui je pense mathématiques et pratique en boulangerie pour moi ça va, mais les autres pour moi sont compliqués. Mais je n’ai pas peur, je pense que ça ira mieux dans un mois ! Le métier de boulanger est beau, en Chine la boulangerie est en phase de croissance ! Je vais bien travailler pour obtenir un diplôme CAP de boulangerie.

Time flies, I’ve been in Aurillac for two weeks already ! In France, people say that the weather in Aurillac is very cold, but I don’t agree, it’s a little cold in the morning otherwise the weather is nice. In Aurillac the sky is always blue, the air is fresh, people are very friendly! But here there are not many shops because Aurillac is in the mountains. The streets go up and down, when you ride a bike it’s tiring! At the EFBPA school there are 64 students, there are really nice! I’ve already started the classes, I study: maths, physics, French, physical education, communication, marketing and bakery! I think maths and bakery classes are fine, but all the others are a bit complicated for me! However I’m not afraid, and I’m sure it will be better in a month! Baker is a beautiful job, in China the bakery market is really booming! I will study hard to pass the diploma of CAP bakery.

时光飞逝，我已经在欧里亚克两周了。在法国， 都说这里的天气很冷，但我不这么认为，只是早上有点寒意，但整体来说气候不错。 欧里亚克的天总是很蓝，空气清新，人们也很友好。但是由于地处山区，商店不多。街道，上下蜿蜒，骑自行车会感到很累。 法国奥利亚克烘焙学校学校有64个学生，这真不错! 我已经开始学习了。我学习课程有：数学，物理，体育，沟通交流，市场和烘焙！我觉得数学和烘焙课还可以，其他课程对我还说有点难度。但是我不怕，我相信一个月后会学得更好。 烘焙师是个好工作，在中国烘焙市场正急速发展。我要努力学习拿到CAP烘焙证书。

Quand on est venu à Aurillac, j’ai vu beaucoup de montagnes ici. Je pense c’est très joli ici, parce que j’aime bien les montagnes et il y en a beaucoup….. Le logement est aussi plus joli que sur les photos, l’école moins grande que je ne le pensais. Je n’aime pas beaucoup le centre-ville ici car il n’y a pas de supermarché chinois et on ne peut pas acheter de piment ! Mais je n’habite pas dans le centre-ville mais près de l’école, là-bas l’air est pur et c’est très calme. Maintenant, je veux parler de ma vie à l’Ecole Française de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de cours, je vais mourir ! Les cours pratiques de pâtisserie sont les mêmes qu’à SYB ,donc pour moi c’est plus simple. Mon prof s’appelle Valéry ,il est très gentil avec moi. On fait les démonstrations ensemble pour mes camarades, comme ça c’est bien, je peux apprendre comment devenir le prof… Et puis ici, mes camarades sont gentils, on parle ensemble, étudie ensemble et mange ensemble. Quand les cours sont finis le prof me les ré-explique, c’est très gentil. Donc même si je ne comprends pas encore tous je peux toujours apprendre un peu. Courage !

When we came to Aurillac, I saw many mountains. I thought it was very pretty, because I really like mountains and there are many of them… Our room is nicer than it looked on picture, but the school is smaller than I thought. I don’t really like the city center here because there is no Chinese supermarket and I can’t buy chili! But I don’t live there, I live next to the school, here the air is pure and it’s very quiet.

Now I would like to talk about my class at the EFBPA. There are many classes here, I’m going to die! The pastry classes are the same than at SYB, so for me it’s easier. My teacher is called Valéry, he’s very nice to me. We give demos to the students together, that way I can learn how to become a teacher…

Here my classmates are very nice, we talk together, study together, eat together! When the classes are over the teacher will explain them again to me very nicely. So even if I don’t understand everything I can still learn a little bit. Cheer up!

当我们到达欧里亚克后，我看到群山环绕，真是太美了，我一直都很喜欢大山，这里有很多。 我们的房间比照片上的更漂亮，但是学校比我想象中要小。我不是很喜欢市中心，这里没有中国超市，没有咖喱买。我不住在这里，而是住在学校附近，空气清新非常安静。 现在我来说说法国奥利亚克烘焙学校的课程。这里的课程太多了，我想我死定了。烘焙课和海上青烘焙坊一样，对我来说比较简单。我的老师叫Valéry，他非常友好。我们一起给学生做演示，通过这种方法我可以学会怎么做一个老师。。。我的同学们很友好，我们一起聊天，一起学习，一起吃喝。课程结束后，老师会再次细心给我们解释。所以即使我不能全听懂，但还是可以学到一点东西。要振作！
