La Galette des Rois or King’s Cake, is a French tradition every January to celebrate Epiphany, which is a Christian feast day that celebrates the arrival of the Magi (the Three Kings or Wise Men) to visit the baby Jesus.
国王饼是法国人每年一月庆祝主显节的一种方式,这也是基督教的宗教节日,为了纪念东方三博士前来朝觐刚刚出生12天的基督耶稣。
The King’s Cake is made up of a crisp and light puff pastry, sweet moist almond paste and la fève, which is a lucky charm that crowns the person who eats it as king! Simply delicious and a great get-together activity for friends and family, come to our class to learn to make your own!

Mille Feuille, pronounced as meel-foy, is a French pastry consisting of cream filling sandwiched between “one thousand layers” of puff pastry, and topped with icing which is usually marbled for a simple classic look.
千层酥是法式甜品,由夹在“一千层”酥皮之间的奶油馅做成,并在顶部配上糖霜,经典的糖霜花纹样式与大理石花纹相似。
