La Galette de Rois, or King’s Cake is a way for the French to celebrate Epiphany, or the 12th day of Christmas. This special day falls on 6th January and marks the end of the Christmas festive season. It is also a celebration for the visit of the Magi (the Three Kings or Wise Men) to the Christ Child.
国王饼是法国人庆祝主显节，或者圣诞节第12天的一种方式。这特别的一天是1月6日，这也同时意味着圣诞季的结束。这一节日也是为了纪念东方三博士前来朝觐刚刚出生12天的基督耶稣。
There is a tradition to eating the King’s Cake, which is called Tirer les Rois or “Find the King”. The cake is first cut into slices, one for each person at the table and an extra one for the first poor person passing by. The youngest person then goes under the table and calls out the name of person getting the next slice. After everyone eats their slice of cake, the person who finds la fève (a lucky charm) in his cake will be crowned ‘The King’ for the day!
在这儿，有一个吃国王饼的传统，被称为“找国王”。首先，蛋糕将被切成若干份，每人都将得到一块蛋糕，而多出来的一块将被给予第一个路过的穷人。在场，年纪最小的人要钻到桌子底下喊出每一个人的名字并决定哪一块属于他们。接着，大家开始吃属于自己的那一块蛋糕，吃到陶瓷小玩意儿的人将在当天被封为“国王”。

Please note that there is an 800 RMB minimum order quantity for deliveries on days except for Friday. (No minimum order quantity for King’s Cake on Friday.) Alternatively, self-collection is also available at SEE Market on 14th January 2017.
请注意，最低金额的快递订单是800元人民币，但是周五并没有最低金额的国王饼订单限制。又或者可以在2017年1月14日当天去玫瑰坊集市自取。
