Last weekend we completed the first SYB Professional Pastry Training at SYB baking center with success! Congratulations to all participants and check out the pictures of the training!

上周末我们刚刚在SYB烘焙中心成功结束了海上青焙坊第一期专业法式甜品培训!祝贺所有的学员,让我们来看看大家培训中的照片吧!

After 4 days of intensive training in theory as well as in practice, our participants finally received their certificate and stepped to the next level of French pastry with invaluable hands-on experience in professional pastry with SYB expert trainers.

在四天理论与实践结合的高强度训练后,我们的学员们终于获得了他们的证书,获得了无比珍贵的和甜品专家一起亲手制作专业法式甜品的经验,将技术提高到了新的高度。

 

 

This training comprises 15 carefully selected typical French pastry recipes, such as Mille-feuille, macarons, eclairs…so that our participants can be on an accelerated track to master the essential knowledge and techniques within 4 days.

这次的培训包括了15个精心选择的典型法式甜品配方,比如千层酥拿破仑,摩卡蛋糕,马卡龙,闪电泡芙等,使我们的学员们能在4天内快速掌握核心的知识和技能
