海上青烘培坊是12位法國人在上海創立的公益組織,免費資助中國貧困家庭青少年為期一年的法式烘焙技術培訓課程,同時也讓學員學習生活技能和英文,增加畢業後找到合適工作的機會,到目前已有將近100位畢業生,其中有許多人在五星級酒店或是上海知名的蛋糕店和咖啡館裡工作,現在培訓課程的三位老師是第一期的學員,他們在法國頂級烘培學校EFBPA進修並取得證書。在上海想要吃到道地法國麵包,到二手市集走走可能幸運地發現SYB的義賣攤位。

Shanghai Young Bakers is a charity program founded by 12 French which provides underprivilieged teenagers in China with training in French Bakery for free and meanwhile help them learn life skills and English, enabling them to find good jobs in bakery after graduation. SYB has nearly 100 graduates so far, many of which work in 5-stars hotels or famous cafes in Shanghai. The currrent teachers of SYB are three graduates of the first batch. After much hard work, they graduated with the C.A.P. diploma from EFBPA. If you would like to have a taste on tranditional French bakery, go to some weekend markets and you might be lucky enough to find its presence.
