海上青焙坊第六届学生：站在成功的起跑线上
距离新一届烘焙师开启他们在海上青焙坊的的旅程已经过去一个月了，他们还没有停下探索与学习的脚步！
来到上海的第一个周末，他们探索了上海的文化和建筑遗产：当我们带领他们来到我们传统的外出地点：外滩时，他们看到了过去只能在照片上见到的美丽风景。当他们花了几个小时参观位于静安区的面包房时，他们发现，学习烘焙将切实地为他们打开一扇大门，通往未来的多种可能。当他们与海上青焙坊过往的毕业生共进晚餐、庆祝中秋节时，他们也体会到中国诗人苏轼写下“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”时的真实感受。

SYB 6th Batch: Off to a flying start!
It has only been a month since the new batch of Young Bakers started their SYB journey, and yet they haven’t stopped discovering and learning!
They discovered the cultural and architectural heritage of Shanghai on the very first week-end, when we took them on our traditional outing to the Bund where they contemplated a landscape they had only seen in pictures before. They discovered that studying bakery truly opens a world of possibilities when they visited a dozen bakeries within a few hours in Jing An district. They discovered that the Chinese poet who wrote “Though far apart, we are still able to share the beauty of the moon together” was right when they shared a meal and had an evening of fun together with the graduates during Mid-autumn Festival.
This month newsletter is also a testimony to how many social-minded companies have already demonstrated their support to our charity program, whether it be by inviting our students to their family day, organising a professional training or a visit of their hotel…Learn more about their commitment to empower underprivileged youth in our side articles!
