3月9日,青焙坊又开始在延平路425号的自由市场售卖面包了。面包全部由青焙坊学员亲手烘焙,市场售卖也是对学员水平的最好检验。本次市场售卖的面包种类有羊角可颂,小头布里奥,葡萄干卷,巧克力包,杏仁布里奥,皇冠,法棍,乡村面包等。
天气极好,阳光明媚,从下午开始,摊前的顾客逐渐多了起来。许多当地居民在品尝后慷慨解囊,赞叹我们的面包足够地道。临近傍晚,一位老爷爷来到摊前,大手一挥,把三个巨大的杏仁布里奥收入囊中。我们要向他介绍青焙坊时,他豪爽一笑,说,“电视上都报道你们了,我还能不知道吗?”
SYB sold its bread once again in Yanping Market on March 9th. All the bread was baked by SYB students. Markets are also a good way to evaluate the students’ skills. Many types of bread were sold in this market, including croissant, brioche, pain aux raisins, pain au chocolat, baguette and country bread.
The weather was good and the sun warm. More customers went to our booth in the afternoon. Many people bought our bread after a taste, claiming that our bread is quite French. In the evening, an old man stopped by our booth and bought three huge almond brioche. When we tried to introduce SYB to him, he laughed and said, “I saw a TV program about you, how could I not know about SYB?”
Probably good weather brought us good luck, and the bread sold really well!. Of course, this couldn’t be achieved without the improvement of students. Let’s wish them to make even greater progress in the future!
