SYB’s teambuilding project offers the chance to strengthen bonds and connections between employees while contributing to a meaningful cause. Founded in 2008, Shanghai Young Bakers(SYB) is a charity program providing a fully-sponsored French bakery training to disadvantaged Chinese youth, enabling them to find qualified jobs and lead independent lives after graduation. As a part of our social enterprise, all proceeds from the teambuilding activity would go directly to support our charity program.

Baking class of best quality

Focusing on bakery skill training, SYB is proud of having a highly professional team. Our teachers are all former SYB graduates and have furthered their study at the prestigious French bakery institution EFBPA (EcoleFrancaise de Boulangerieet Patisserie d’Aurillac). Besides, we teach delicious bakery or pastry recipes of traditional and authentic French style. Our baking center is also equipped with professional equipments and tools.

Fun and unique teambuilding programs

Most importantly, the teambuilding activity offers two options tailored to your interest:

– ‘The baking workshop’ , which will give your team the opportunity to learn two typical French recipes

– ‘The baking challenge’, which is a good way to foster team spirit through a playful cake-decoration challenge
