7th batch’ first outing to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival!

Two weeks after arriving in Shanghai and starting the French bakery classes, the Young Bakers celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival together by eating mooncakes and visiting one of Shanghai’s most famous places, the Bund!

On Monday September 8th, the 32 students gathered at the park for a picnic under the sun! The Young Bakers, assisted by the teachers, had prepared French-style sandwiches for the occasion. Even far away from their families, they still got to enjoy some delicious mooncakes, kindly sponsored by Henkel’s employees!

After some singing and games, the group headed to the Bund to admire the view, from which they also got to see some of our partner hotels where they will intern starting from mid-October ! They also made a stop at the Sofitel on Nanjing Rd on their way back.

第七批学员为共度中秋首次集体出游!

在海上青焙坊的学生们到达上海并且开始学习法式烘焙课程两周之际,他们品尝了月饼,参观了上海最负盛名的地方——外滩,并在此共同度过了中秋佳节。

周一,恰逢9月8日中秋节,32名学生聚集在公园中享用了野餐。在老师的指导下,学生们特地为今天的活动制作了法式三明治。尽管背井离乡,他们依旧能够享用到美味的月饼。感谢汉高员工的友情赞助。

在玩乐与游戏后,他们动身前往外滩欣赏美景。在这里,他们能够眺望浦江美景,同样能够亲眼看到将在十月中旬开始实习的酒店。回程的路上,他们在位于南京路的索菲特大酒店做了短暂的停留。

在这里,我们代表海上青焙坊的全体学生,向汉高的员工们表达深深的谢意!感谢您们提供给我们的月饼,让这些学生能够庆祝这一特殊的传统节日!
