The Young Bakers followed a Training on Fire Safety

On November 20th, the Young Bakers attended a special training about fire safety. Mark Xu, fire safety specialist currently working as an engineer at a well-known German company, came for the 3rd year to aware the Young Bakers about fire. At work or at home, it is important to know how to react in case of a fire emergency.
11月20日（星期日），海上青焙坊的学员们出席了一次特别的消防安全培训。许铬忱，消防安全专家，现在在一家知名的德国公司任职工程师。这已经是他第三年帮助学员们增强防火意识。不论是在职场还是在家里，知道如何应对突发火灾时十分重要的。
During two hours, Mark explained to the students how fire accidentally started, how fast they can spread and what are the steps to follow if it happens. As the Young Bakers work environment is essentially kitchen, Mark gave students specific advices to avoid kitchen fire accident. To be sure that the rules have been understood, Mark gave them a small kitchen fire test. He also showed them how to correctly use a fire extinguisher, something that anyone should be familiar with in the first place.
在接下来两小时的培训里，许铬忱向学员们解释了意外火灾的开端、蔓延速度和应对步骤。由于学员们工作的环境基本上都在厨房，许铬忱给予了学员们如何避免意外火灾发生特别的建议。为了确保学员们明白其内容，他出了一道小测试题给同学们。并且，他也向学员们演示了如何正确的使用灭火器，这个每个人都应该知道的。
