The young bakers attend a hygiene training at Carrefour

On September 17th, SYB students went to Carrefour Wuning to attend a hygiene training taught by Elisa, National Food Safety project manager for Carrefour China. The young bakers listened attentively as she reminded them of all the hygiene rules to be observed as professional bakers.
