SYB’s two future teachers start their stay in France!
In the evening of 16th June 2014, Zhang Shuai (Julien) and Jin Huizi (Ines) invited all their friends and SYB family for a farewell dinner, right before heading to the airport for an unforgettable trip.
A few hours later, thanks to Air France’s sponsored tickets,, Julien and Ines set off for the adventure of a lifetime: after many months of intensive French classes at the Alliance Francaise, which they followed while working, they were finally going to France to learn how to become bakery and pastry teachers!
They spent the first few days visiting Paris with Cecile Cavoizy, SYB’s admin manager, who had also accompanied the three current teachers to France when they set off themselves three years ago.
A few hours after landing in Paris, Zhang Shuai and Jin Huizi enjoying their first French baguette!
Zhang Shuai realised his lifelong dream of seeing the Eiffel Tower, and happily belted out the French songs he’d learned in class while strolling up the Champs Elysees towards the Arc de Triomphe. For her part, Jin Huizi admitted feeling a pang of excitement whenever she recognised the tall spire from Notre-Dame de Paris after turning a street corner.
In their first five days, under a blue blue sky, they admired the Hotel de Ville, picnicked on the Champs-de-Mars, cheered a brass band in front of the Opera Garnier, learnt their way through the Paris metro, took photos around Montmartre, puzzled over countless churches, sunbathed at Jardin des Tuileries, waved at the boats on the Seine, rested on the lawn of Place de Vosges, people-watched at Bastille, danced through the Fete de la Musique in the Latin Quarter… and saw hundreds of fearless Parisian pigeons.
Tiring but exciting days before going to Auvergne region, to focus on learning French at Cavilam in Vichy and improving their bakery and pastry skills at EFBPA in Aurillac!

SYB未来两位老师开启了他们的赴法之旅!
2014年6月16日晚,张帅和金会子在出发前往法国之前,邀请了他们的朋友以及SYB这个大家庭一起吃告别晚餐。
几小时之后,张帅和金会子拿着法国航空公司的免费提供的机票踏上了改变他们人生的赴法之旅:他们在工作之余也在上海法语培训中心接受了几个月高强度的法语培训,现在他们终于踏上了赴法进修的旅途去学习如何成为烘焙老师和西点老师!
他们一开始在海上青焙坊财务行政高凤熙的陪同下参观了巴黎。三年前,海上青焙坊现任的三位老师去法国进修时,也是高凤熙女士陪伴协助他们出发。
张帅终于实现了去看埃菲尔铁塔的梦想。在从香榭丽舍大道前往凯旋门的路上,他欢快地唱起了那些在课堂上学到的法语歌曲。对于金会子,她承认在转了一个街角之后看到巴黎圣母院的一瞬间感到了一阵难以抑制的兴奋之情!
最初的五天里,在巴黎湛蓝的天空下。他们仰慕着市政厅的雄伟,在战神校场上欢乐地野餐,在歌剧院前为铜管乐队欢呼鼓掌,学习乘坐巴黎地铁,在蒙马特区拍照留念,对无数美丽的教堂感到眼花缭乱,在杜乐丽花园享受日光浴,对着塞纳河上的游船挥手,在孚日广场的草坪上驻足休息,观望巴士底狱,在拉丁区的音乐节尽情地跳舞,也看到了巴黎上空那些自由的鸽子无畏地飞翔。
这几天他们忙碌并欢乐着。在出发前往奥弗涅之前,在去维希的卡维兰学习法语之前,在去法国奥里亚克烘焙学校学习烘焙和西点之前,就让他们先尽情狂欢吧!
