SYB students attend hygiene training at Carrefour Wuning
“Safety food and Quality products”, this is the leitmotiv of Carrefour. It is no wonder that the successful French hypermarket is one of the leaders in China’s market.
On Monday 16th September 2013, our apprentice bakers had the chance to attend a hygiene training under the guidance of Elisa, national food safety training manager at Carrefour Wuning. With the support of a video and throughout an interactive exchange, the students learned more about the basic yet strict rules of hygiene applied in all Carrefour supermarkets in China.
The annual Carrefour’s hygiene training has become an important part of our program: we believe that knowing and applying these hygiene rules will help greatly the Young Bakers to succeed not only during their internships but throughout their career as bakers. 2013年9月16日,星期一,我们的学员们在家乐福食品安全培训经理Elisa的带领下,得以在家乐福武宁店接受了卫生培训。在观看了视频并互相进行了交流后,学生们对贯穿于所有家乐福中国超市的基本而又严格的卫生标准有了更多的了解。
每年的家乐福卫生安全培训已经成为了我们项目的重要组成部分:我们相信了解和运用这些卫生标准,可以帮助我们的烘焙师们在实习和今后的职业发展道路上获得成功。在此,我们要再次感谢家乐福对于我们项目的支持,特别是Elisa的帮助!
