Our professional French Bakery Training is catered to aspiring bakers, bakers who would like to improve their skills and people who dream to operate their own bakery/studio.
海上青焙坊的专业法式烘焙课程旨在针对渴望更上一层台阶,提升自身水平,或者自创门面的烘焙师,提供专业培训。
This training will enable participants to master theoretical and practical techniques of French bakery. This course will focus on training participants to bake authentic French bread and viennoiserie using professional bakery machines. Through this training, candidates will have the opportunity to learn different kinds of French bread and Viennoiserie such as: baguette, country bread, whole bread, leavened bread, croissant, chocolate croissant and raisin danish.
此培训课程将教授参与者掌握法式烘焙的理论以及操作技术。课程将侧重于训练培训参加者运用专业烘焙机器烘焙法式面包以及甜面包。在培训的过程中,参加者能接触到多种法式面包以及甜面包,如:法棍,乡村面包,酸面包,土司类面包,羊角,巧克力羊角以及丹麦葡萄卷。
Classes will be taught by our experienced teachers, Zhang Zhenghai and Wang Li, who graduated from the French prestigious bakery institution EFBPA (Ecole Francaise de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac). Both received accolades at the Louis Lesaffre Cup Bakery Competition in May 2015! Zhang Zhenghai placed first in the baguette and special breads category and will be competing in the Asia-wide bakery competition in Indonesia. Wang Li placed second in the artistic breads category.
课程将由毕业自法国著名烘焙学校(法国奥利亚克烘焙学校)并具有多年教学经验的专业老师,张政海和王莉教授。两位老师都在最近的“路易乐斯福杯”全球烘焙师大赛中国赛区比赛中斩获荣誉。张政海获得了法棍组的全国第一名,并将代表中国在印尼参加亚洲赛区的比赛。王莉老师则获得了艺术面包组的全国第二名。
The intensive 4-day training session will take place from June 18th to the 21st.
此次专业烘焙课程为期四天,时间为2015年6月18至21日。
Course fee for this 4 full days course is 4800 RMB. Registration before May 24th, will be entitled to a 10% early-bird discount and the course fee will be 4320 RMB.
四整天的课程总费用为4800元。如在5月24日之前报名,则可享受10%的优惠(即课程总费用为4320元)。
