SEPPIC employees unite at SYB for team building baking activity
赛比克公司工会在SYB的团建烘焙活动
On June 11th, 50 SEPPIC employees came from all corners of Asia to participate in a team building workshop at the Shanghai Young Bakers baking center. Through these fun and meaningful activities, SEPPIC employees from all departments of the company united to support SYB and share SEPPIC values.
6月11日，赛比克公司50名来自亚洲各地的员工聚集到海上青焙坊的烘焙中心，参加团建活动。通过这些有趣、且有意义的活动，赛比克公司各个部门的员工聚在一起支持海上青焙坊的工作、分享赛比克公司的理念。
After an introduction of Shanghai Young charity program, employees got a glimpse at France’s culinary culture, through a presentation specially customized for the event by a French volunteer.
在听完海上青焙坊慈善项目的介绍后，一名法国志愿者又针对此次活动做了些特别的介绍，这让赛比克的员工们都对法国烹饪文化有了大致的了解。
Donning SEPPIC aprons, after the presentation they partook in a cookie baking tutorial, followed by a typical French Buffet with various quiches and French pastries.
在听完介绍后，员工们身着赛比克围裙，投入到了饼干烘焙课程中。之后，他们还享受到了典型的法式自助：各种各样的法式咸派和糕点。
They ended with the most successful activity of the day: the cake decoration challenge. Employees split into five groups to decorate themed cakes based on SEPPIC company values, after a short reminder by SEPPIC HR Manager. Challenged to come up with a cohesive theme that was aesthetically pleasing, the finished products represented SEPPIC as an international, innovating, and CSR-minded company. In addition to the fun and exciting challenge, the teams displayed their talent for communication, organization, mutual help, and decision making.
最终他们以当天最为瞩目的活动收尾：蛋糕装饰挑战。在赛比克公司人事部经理的简单提示后，员工们被分为五组去装饰基于公司理念做成的主题蛋糕。挑战在于，成品要在展现公司理念和艺术美感上达到统一，而最终的作品也代表了赛比克公司的国际化视野、创新精神和企业社会责任感。而在这项趣味性和刺激性并存的挑战外，团队还很好地展现了他们的沟通、组织、互助和决策能力。
The joyful and enthusiastic participants not only left with cookies and cakes in hand, but also with a better understanding of CSR and SYB’s mission to lift Chinese youth out of poverty. SYB hopes to expand its corporate team building activities to enhance cooperation within the Shanghai community.
愉悦而又有着饱满热情的参与者们，手里捧着饼干、蛋糕，满载而归。此次活动帮助他们更好地认识了企业社会责任和SYB帮助中国青年走出贫困的目标。SYB希望拓展其公司团队建设活动，以增强其在上海社群内的协作。
