On the 26th of November, join us for Level 2 of Public Baking Class as we venture into more complicated recipes such as Traditional Baguette and Milk Bread.
11月26日,请加入我们第二阶段的烘焙公开课程,之所以被称为第二阶段是因为我们准备了更加复杂的配方,比如传统法式长棍和牛奶面包。
Made with natural yeast and shaped by hand, the Traditional Baguette is a tricky one to master for beginners at home.
由纯天然酵母和手工制作而成的传统法式长棍,对于家庭烘焙的初学者来说传统法式长棍可以算是比较棘手的作品。
So what makes a good baguette? Learn the secrets from our teacher who graduated from France, the ‘Land of Baguettes’.
