Public Class: Come and learn how to make fine mini pastries at home!

The 2018 public classes of Shanghai Young Bakers have started!

Our first public class will be on Saturday 27th January. Our teacher will be Jin Huizi and you will learn how to make mini pastries. You’ll be able to host a party or invite your friends home with your handmade pastries after the class!

 

Course Content 

Pastries you will learn at this mini class are:

Mini éclair, Mini choux, Mini financier,Mini chocolate cake

Course Detail

Requirement: No baking experience needed, as long as you like baking!

Time: 10am – 3pm, 27 January Saturday

Location: SYB baking center (near Qilianshan Rd Station, Line 11)

Cost: 500 RMB + 100 RMB for lunch (Quiche, salad, fruits, coffee)

 

*In order to ensure a great learning experience for all our participants, each session will have a maximum of 16 people. However, we also have a minimum requirement of 8 participants per class.

 

All proceeds from our classes are used to fund SYB’s work in empowering disadvantaged youth through bakery.
