Read more烘焙世界杯:四年磨一剑 “烘焙奥斯卡”即将开幕 The World Bakery Cup 2016 is about to launch ! 本文转自燕子烘焙俱乐部 烘焙世界杯 2016年烘焙世界杯即将于2月5-9日于法国巴黎拉开序幕。2月5日,所有的参赛队伍、教练以及评委将于巴黎的Cube展馆与大家正式见面。在此期间,12支来自不同国家的候选队伍将共同展开三天的精彩角逐,一场代表世界烘焙最高水准的烘焙大赛敬请期待。中国队将作为亚太地区代表之一荣耀出征! 赛事背景 创始于1992年的烘焙世界杯,由法国国家面包大师(MOF)克里斯提恩·瓦勃烈(Mr. Christian Vabret)发起,每四年举办一次。其创办的初衷是让更多烘焙师借比赛观摩不同的技术层次,并互相竞争,提高烘焙技术水平和烘焙产品的品质,赋予烘焙业国际化的文化展示,促进国际烘焙趋势的交流发展。 烘焙世界杯是烘焙业最高等级的赛事,代表着最高水准的烘焙技术与行业趋势。无数烘焙师们在这个世界舞台上大展身手,发挥其独特的烘焙才能与天赋。尽管比赛过程激烈繁复,然而所有的烘焙师都视进入此项赛事选拔为至高无上的光荣。烘焙世界杯的高质量和高水准,也让越来越多的烘焙经营者希望能借这个平台作为其展现才能与天赋的世界舞台,与其他烘焙高手切磋专业的技能。 烘焙世界杯囊括西欧、东欧、中欧、亚太、拉丁美洲、中东/非洲六个地区,是一个全球公认的、设定了行业基准的世界性烘焙比赛。同时,为给年轻人提供更多展示才华的机会,组委在团队赛之外会特别设立“烘焙希望青年”。 路易·乐斯福杯 精彩回顾
