Today, Friday Dec 9th, SYB was more than happy to welcome a very special guest at our Baking Centre! We had an exceptional charity donation with Noelle Freeman, MISS CALIFORNIA 2011, who is in Shanghai to promote American pistachios’ nutritional and flavor benefits as part of “The Power of Pistachios” campaign tour, designed by the APG (American Pistachio Growers).

Actually, Miss California is not only pretty and healthy; she has attended charity activities since the age of 8 and still volunteers actively to help autistic children, in particular through the platform “A promising future for Autism”. In her opinion, charity goes beyond boundaries and therefore she was thrilled to bake bread together with SYB students!
